Process of the line
Uncoiler→leveler--- servo feeder→punching station→roll forming unit →hydraulic shear→finishedproducts

The machine is in single head mode.The tensioning structure is connecting rod type, the working state is stable and reliable The uncoiler is equipped with pneumatic brake

Structure: The molding unit adopts independent stand ( archway stands mode).Motor, reducer drive, chain d riven type
