GYPSUM BOARD, also called drywall, wallboard, or plasterboard. It is different from other panel-type building products, such as plywood, hardboard, and fiberboard, because of its high noncombustible performance and paper cover. Joints and screws will be covered with joint compound painting after installation. Gypsum wall board creates a complete surface and suitable for most types of interior decoration.
