Performance Advantage:
1. Adopting the "dual axis shredding+vertical crushing" process;
2. Multiple safety protections, equipped with online open flame detection, cyclopentane concentration detection, temperature detection, current detection, flame sensing and other devices, equipped with nitrogen generation and spraying system, spray device, air exchange and dilution system;
3. New cutter structure is used for primary tearing, and three-stage roller knife rubbing structure is used for vertical tearing. After crushing, the material is smaller and more uniform, which is more conducive to the subsequent separation of foam and plastic, and the bulk density of iron is higher;
4. The multi-stage separation method of foam absorption plus air separation system is adopted, so the material separation purity is higher, and the foam content in the plastic and the separation rate of the plastic content in the foam maintain the industry level;
5. Hydraulic foam compressor can improve the compression ratio of foam, which is safe and reliable, effectively reduces the phenomenon of foam overheating and spontaneous combustion during compression, and has low operation and maintenance costs;
6. Add a material collection system to solve the problem of material accumulation and leakage, and improve the cleanliness of the production environment.
