Q1: Are you a manufacturer?
Yes. We are a professional manufacturer specialized in playground equipment and related since 1995. We are the leader and pioneer in this filed. And we have 85,000 square meters factory in Zhejing, and 35,000 square meters showing room in Shanghai, China.
Q2: What is your payment term?
Our usual payment term is T/T in advance. For the order more than $20,000, we accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q3: What is your MOQ?
Normally, our MOQ is a 20GP container, but if you want to buy 1set outdoor playground, it is ok too.
Q4: What is your delivery time?
The delivery time will depend on the quantity of your order and how many order we are under processing. Usually the delivery time is about 7-15 days. Sometimes we have to extend the delivery time as we have some big orders from the government. If you need some samples, we can finish it in 3-5 days if you are urgent.
Q5: What's the main material of outdoor playground?
The main material of outdoor playground is galvanized pipe and plastic part, for the plastic part, we use imported LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) as raw material. It is Non-toxic, safe, and environment friendly.
Q6: Can I install the products myself?
Yes. We will provide you the detailed installation instruction. All of our customers can put up the playground themselves with the help from us. But for large indoor playground more than 200 square meters, it's better to ask our worker to help you install it. Maybe the cost will be a bit higher but it will shorten the time greatly.

In addition, we have our own designers team can design the playground as your request like the size, the color and type.

Warranty Three (3) years warranty against Structural failure caused by corrosion, deterioration from exposure to weather, defective materials and workmanship for all galvanized post and vinyl coated steel deck.
One (1) year warranty against all steel play system components including railings, climbers, and rungs against structural failure caused by defective materials and workmanship.

Post:	All upright posts are to be schedule Galvanized steel with a 114mm OD and 2.2mm thickness of the tubing. Posts are to be finished with a baked on powder coat finished. Electro- statically applied polyester powder has a tough finish with maximum durability.
Handrail, guardrail, barrier and climber	Shall be fabricated from 32,48,60 O.D. galvanized steel pipe with a baked on powder coat finish. Electro- statically applied polyester powder has a tough finish with maximum durability. The pretreatment and curing process includes the following: acid wash, freshwater rinse, iron phosphate, final rinse and seal, dry-off oven, electro-static powder application, and dual zone cure oven. Finished products have the following typical characteristics: 0.5mm thickness, oven cured between 191oC and 220oC, Flexibility, Impact, Salt Spray resistance, Hardness, and Adhesion.
Plastic Parts:	Imported Samsung LLDPE Bright color, uniform thickness and high strength plastic part (Standard GB/T 4454-1996). Food-grade LLDPE provides children a much safer, healthier, and happier paradise for children's growth.
Deck &Stair:	Powder/Rubber Coated Steel 2mm perforated steel decks(Rubber coated plate is 4mm).
Clamps:	Clamps are to be cast from aluminum alloy
Hardware	Used for assembly shall be stainless steel 304.
