A: Yes. Please inform us the items and quantity. An Invoice will be sent to you for your payment. We will prepare the sample after receipt.
If you need to pack the sample in pallet, please inform us in advance.
If you would like to handle the shipment by yourself, please use your forwarder / courier, ask them to pick the sample up in our factory. Factory address to be provided then.
If you would like us to handle the shipment for you, we will check and quote you the shipping freight, and ask for your payment before delivery.

A: Yes, and we will return the sample fee to you in formal orders.

A: Yes. We can offer the price upon request. If you use CIF, the price is base on order quantity. Please tell us your estimated order quantity to enable us to quote.
