High adjusting performance to enable preheat the preforms perfectly by adjust the voltage control area in the PLC, which could adjust the temperature of the infrared lights in the pre-heater, and keep the proper temperature and humidity invariable.5). High safeties with security automatic-locking device in each mechanical action, which will make the production into a perfect safe environment, in case of the breakdown in certain procedure.6). Introduce the FESTO air cylinder to avoid contamination and noise.7). Satisfaction with different atmospheric pressure for blowing and mechanical action by dividing the blowing and action into three parts in the air pressure diagram of the machine.8). Operation:The standard operation of GD-5L-A2 stretch blow molding machine includes four steps as followStep 1. Put the preform into preform container and the conveyor will take the preform to orientation units automatically.Step 2. Load the preform at neck up to preform holder, and then preform is conveyed into baking tunnel.Step 3. After heating, preform is conveyed into the blow station, then close the mold, stretch and blow under low pressure and high pressure, exhaust, open the mold.Step 4. The finished bottle is taken off by automatic discharging system Machine show Servo system option1. Feeding preform system: single channel enter preform, use star wheel enter preform, effectively solve the problem of stuck preform and bottle preform wear.2. Rotating system: use special chain, driven by servo motor, so that the heating unit in the movement of stable, fast positioning, low noise.3. Heating system: adopting rotary bottle blowing machine mode heating and conveying, can reduce energy consumption, greatly improve heating speed and quality.4. Mold system: adopt high pressure mold locking technology, no expansion phenomenon, and clamp mold line is thin. The mold adopts drawer type structure, and is positioned on the back plate of the mold with four fixed pull rods, which can be easily replaced within half an hour.5. Stretch and blow system: cycle time of one blow, two blow can be adjusted, according to the customer's different preform and different bottle type, each pull rod can be adjusted separately, high flexibility.6.
