Main Feature :
- This production line is mainly used to open and quantitatively fill polyer short fiber raw materials into pillows,cushions, and sofa cushions
- It adopts PLC program control and automatic clamp bagging. The whole sset of equipment requires only two operators,saving labor and requiring noprofessional skills for the operators, reducing the factory's dependence on operators
- Quantitative function, the error can be controlled at about +25 grams.
- Mult-roller opening, the opening rate can reach 100%,without damagingthe curl and smoothness of the fiber. -The filled product is fluffy, has gosilence and has a soft feel
-The cotton conveying and feeding motor is equipped with a frequency converter, which can be adjusted according to the needs of the cotton filling amount
- The cotton filing machine has frequency conversion and speed adjustment that the filled products are smooth and even
- The opening and mixing working roller is covered with self-locking card othing, which has a long service life and is more than 4 times that of ordy grooved card clothing
- The work roller anti-wrap device and the conveyor belt anti-devilation device reduce the number of maintenance and cleaning times and improve the reliability of the equipment
