4/6/8 feet auto veneer vaccum palletizer automatic veneer stacker connects with log peeling machine, its function for automatically sorting wood veneer after peeling log, so it can save two labor cost and improve work efficiency.
High speed veneer stacker, can greatly reduce labor costs and improve production efficiency, we have a number of models for you to choose, such as, roller type, pressure plate type, and the most advanced adsorption type. The main size of the stakcer is 4ft and 8ft. And we can do other size as customer requirement as well.
The stacker is with high intelligent system which is controlled by PLC. It is able to match the speed of the peeling machine automatically with the support of several sensors fixed in different place to check on the veneer always. The unqualified products can be sorted out automatically according to the needs.It has functions like Automatic counting and alarming, automatic transferring.
