Packaging & Shipping:
·In order to avoid shaking during transportation, hammers are tied to the action rail. Please dismount the strips before you play the piano.
·The piano is covered with water proof plastic bag and thick anti-collision foam.
·We use standard exporting pallet which is easy for trucking by forklift.
·Shipping marks on four sides of the pallet. Please contact our sales if you need custom package or shipping marks.
·We only cooperate with top international shipping company and we buy insurance for every Middleford piano during the delivery.
.Reference: One 20GP can load 13 grand pianos. One 40GP can load 25 grand pianos
We also offer optional piano parts and OEM service. Please contact us if you cannot find the right piano you need. We will make one piano only special for you!

Q2. What is the minimum order quantity?
10pcs per order ( you can choose different models and colors as you like)
For new customers, trial order less than 10pcs is acceptable.
We can make a sample for you to test our quality if you need.
Q3. What's the payment terms?
T/T 50% deposit in advance and the balance before shipment. Other payment terms please discuss with our sales.
Q4. When will you deliver the piano?
A. If we have stock, we can arrange delivery within 7 days.
B. If no stock, the production time depends on the order quantity. Usually 20~35 days for a 20ft container(15 pianos). 30~45 days for a 40ft container(30 pianos).
