The mobile tire-mounted concrete mixing plant is mainly composed of the following parts:

Feeding System
- Loader: It is used to load raw materials such as sand and gravel into the batching machine's hopper. It has the characteristics of flexible operation and high loading efficiency.
- Batching Machine: Usually, it has multiple hoppers and can accurately batch aggregates such as sand and gravel of different specifications. It uses an electronic scale for measurement to ensure batching accuracy.

Mixing System
- Mixer: It is the core component. Commonly used ones are forced mixers, which can fully and evenly mix the concrete raw materials to ensure the quality of the concrete.
- Mixing Motor: It provides power for the mixer. Different power motors are selected according to the production capacity of the mixing plant and the specifications of the mixer.

Measuring System
- Aggregate Measuring Device: It accurately measures aggregates such as sand and gravel. Generally, it adopts the electronic scale measurement method, with relatively high measurement accuracy.
- Powder Measuring Device: It is used to measure powders such as cement and fly ash. Usually, a screw conveyor is used in conjunction with a weighing scale to achieve the measurement.
- Water Measuring Device: It measures water through a water meter or a flow meter, etc., to ensure the accuracy of the water-cement ratio of the concrete.
- Admixture Measuring Device: It accurately measures the dosage of admixtures to meet the different performance requirements of the concrete.

Conveying System
- Belt Conveyor: It conveys the batched aggregates from the batching machine into the mixer. It has the advantages of large conveying capacity and long conveying distance.
- Screw Conveyor: It is mainly used to convey powders such as cement, transporting the powders from the powder silo to the mixer or the measuring device.

Powder Storage System
- Cement Silo: It is used to store cement. Generally, there are different capacity specifications. A dust collector is installed on the top of the silo to prevent dust pollution.
- Fly Ash Silo: It stores auxiliary cementitious materials such as fly ash, and its structure and function are similar to those of the cement silo.

Control System
- Operation Room: It is equipped with an operation console, where operators can centrally control and monitor all aspects of the mixing plant.
- Electrical Control Cabinet: Various electrical components and controllers are installed inside to control and protect the motors, sensors and other equipment of the mixing plant.
- Sensors: Including load cells, level sensors, etc., which can monitor the working status and parameters of each system in real time.

Finished Product Storage and Transportation System
- Concrete Storage Hopper: It temporarily stores the mixed concrete, making it convenient for concrete transport vehicles to receive the material.
