1- The cotton ball machine is a forming machine for producing medical degreased cotton balls and tampon . Commercial Tampon Ball Making Machine consists of a cotton cutting system, a ball-making system and a transmission system. After the absorbent cotton sliver is fed from the feed inlet, it is torn off by the cotton cutting system, and it is rubbed into a cotton ball by the ball making system, and is output from the feed outlet.
2- The produced absorbent tampon cotton ball is used with medical alcohol for cleaning and care, wiping skin stains and foreign objects. Clear the blood stains and debris from the wound. Suturing the next wound and pre-cleaning by injection. It is a consumable used by hospitals and nurses for a long time. the cotton balls or tampons can also be used as a daily care tool for households, for baby and pet care and cleaning, pet mat nests bedding , cupping for traditional Chinese medicine, etc.
Main Feature:
1. High production speed: The equipment has 6 production pipes, it can produce 20kg cotton balls per hour. Production speed can be controlled by electromagnetic clutch.
2. Easy to operate: Reasonable humanized design, cotton sliver is transitting from pipe, cutting in rattler, the cotton ball is shapeup in pipe. It is very easy to operate.
3. Using an arbitrary electromagnetic clutch to adjust the number of cotton balls.
4. The size of cotton balls could produce by this machine is 0.2g-3g.
5. It has two types, one is normal, another is countable type.

The machine can complete the production of cotton ball at one time. The weight of the cotton ball can be changed by the controller. The size of the cotton ball is 0.2g to 3g (controlled by the tube). It can change the size of the cotton ball by replacing the tube mold and adjusting the roller clutch.For the cotton ball making machine. We have normal system control. Also have computer control. We can also customize for you according to different quantity of the channels.This is the normal system control with 6 channels.
