Product Description Our new model of MPQ1060 not only has the traditional functions---the automatic stripping and the die-cutting, but also owns the new function -the second-stripping system, which can clean up all litters and wasteful edges (including the gripper mouth)around the package box while die-cutting, especially suitable for complicated cigarette-package. This new second stripping system can height efficiency to rationalize the production for the package box.
The MP1060 automatic stripping and die-cutting machine can eliminate all litters and wasteful edges(except the gripper edge) around the package box. The second-stripping system is able to clean up all wasteful edges on the gripper-mouth around the package box while die-cutting. It is easy to operate it because the stripping frame can be lifted electrically and it also has the center-positioning system to shorten the preparation time largely. The stripping system adopts three-frame linkage structure to make stripping much more rational and meanwhile, it solves problems for the high-speed and loosen-version during the stripping. The unique gripper-mouth separation-system makes the wasteful edge separate effectively and is also convenient for shifting between the diecutting and stripping. The high-precision cam structure guarantees the machine to run stably and smoothly, which is produced by the professional manufacturer. Adopting the larger model of gripper chain increases 90% tensile strength to make the machine's continuous precision. Product Parameters

Our Services Pre-sales Service
We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.
In-sales Service
The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.
After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
