CWF-900 High Speed Ultrafine Dry Powder Pulverizer Machine for Masala Pepper Spice Grinding
Description :
It is composed of a feeder, a pulverizer (main machine),a blower fan, a stirring separator and ejector. The material is fed into the store bucket and sent to the grinding chamber by the feeder to be grinded. The grinded material is sent to the stirring separator by the blower fan separated. The separated powder enters the packing bag through the ejector. When the powder is sent to the stirring separator by the blower fan, the air-exhaust bag exhausts part of air and therefore some tiny poeder falls down in the collecting hopper. The other part of air returns to the grinding chamber through the blow-back tube.
Grinding Mode: Four waveform grinding wheels are used to grind the materials. The grinding wheels vibrate, rotate and press the grinding ring until the material is grinded into powder.
