Our capabilities include CAD modeling, CNC Milling, Manual Milling, Manual Turning, Precision Grinding, Heat Treating and Assembly.
Our facility has CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC longitudinal lathes, slow-speed wire cutting machines and so on, providing much manufacturing flexibility. Our engineers select the ideal equipment for an application based on the geometry, material, and volume of the part being machined to provide customers with premium quality parts at the best possible price.
We are able to hold very tight geometric tolerances for diameter, true position, profile, and flatness and so on. Our milling machines also offer through-the-spindle coolant and Renshaw touch probes. They also have tool setters that can be used for tool breakage detection for longer run parts.

Quality Inspection

Quality Inspection
In addition to our stringent in-process controls, all components must pass a thorough final inspection. we have a coordinate measuring machine, salt spray testing machines, profile projectors and other precision measuring devices, etc.
All testing is conducted in a 20 degree Celsius climate-controlled inspection room and the CMM is calibrated to GB/T 16857.2-2006 (ISO10360-2:2001) standards. All components and sub-assemblies are 100% inspected, identified with a logo if required and a final inspection is generated pertaining to all the critical dimensions.
Customers' CAD drawings can be directly imported in the coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for a direct comparison to the dimensions that are taken from the physical part.

2. Scope of Workpiece Materials	Metal materials: stainless steel, aluminum, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, brass, mild steel, Cr12, SKD11 and so on. Non-metal materials: POM, ABS, acrylic, nylon, PC, PMMA, Bakelite, PEEK, and so on.
3. Machining Methods	Milling, turning, medium-speed wire cutting, slow-speed wire cutting, grinding, turning and milling forming)
4. Tolerance Ranges	Metal Machining: tightest +/-0.003mm, depending on the products. Non-metal Machining: tightest +/-0.01mm, depending on the products.
5. Surface Roughness Range	Ra: 3.2-0.4, depending on the products and materials.
6. Workpiece Size Range	Milling:1020mm*510mm*500mm Turning: Ø0.5mm-Ø250mm*500mm
7. Surface Treatment Options	Aluminum alloy: black oxidation, natural color oxidation, color oxidation, hard oxidation, micro arc oxidation, conductive oxidation. Stainless steel: passivation, black zinc plating, blackening, PVD. Steel: blackening, bluing, chromium plating, nickel plating, black zinc plating, color zinc plating, white zinc plating, paint copper: gold plating, silver plating, blackening, passivation, etc.
8. Lead Time for Prototypes	It takes about 15 days for production, depending on the product.

9. Lead Time for Formal Orders	It's determined according to order quantity and other requirements.
10. MOQ	5 pieces.
11. Payment Terms	Normally, T/T 30% is to be prepaid and balance paid before shipment for the first order, or decided by negotiation.
12. Transportation	0.1-150 KG: DHL air freight is prioritized. Over 150 KG: Air or ocean freight with customs declaration.
13. Packaging	Foam sealing, independent carton, self-sealing bag, oil paper, vacuum packaging, etc.
14. Options of Transportation Companies	Air Freight: Fedex, DHL, UPS, TGL, etc .or according to customer's requirement. Ocean Freight: DIMERCO, Agility, or according to customer's requirement.
