Working Principle :

LW500 decanter centrifuge uses the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating drum to intercept the solid particles in the suspension in the drum and automatically discharge them out of the machine under the action of the force. At the same time, under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid in the suspension is thrown out through the filter medium and the small hole of the drum, so as to achieve the purpose of liquid-solid separation and filtration.
According to different materials, it is mainly divided into decanter centrifuges for maximum concentration of solids, decanter centrifuges for separation of mixed liquid, which are mainly used for separation of soybean, peanut and other plant and animal protein, purification of fruit juice and separation of fiber, separation of plant extract, separation of fish meal, separation of distiller's grains, as well as treatment of industrial wastewater and treatment of catering waste.
Materials: The contact parts can be made of austenitic stainless steel (304, 316, 321L...) 2205, 2304, 2507, Hastelloy, titanium alloy, or other anti-corrosion materials.

Advantages This liquid clarifying device adopts horizontal design which balances the layout of electric motor and bowl. As a result, outstanding operation stability generates minimized vibration. Dual electric motor control enables stepless speed adjustment on bowl and spiral components. Scroll conveyor flight inside this continuous centrifuge is painted by abrasion resistant alloy or welded by hard alloy. Main components on our horizontal decanter centrifuge, such as rotating bowl and spiral parts, are made from corrosion resistant stainless steel or dual-phase steel, whereby offering exceptional speed limits and separation ratio. Our mud dewatering equipment comes with three options including cycloidal gear, planetary gear and hydraulic differential, resulting in large rang of differential adjustment. Therefore, this industrial centrifuge can be applible to diverse solids. Multiple protections are available on our horizontal decanter centrifuge to ensure operation safety, including over-vibratation protection, bearing temperature detection, screw conveyor torque protection rotating and differential speed detection, as well as nitrogen-filled explosion-proof protection, motr overload and over heat protection.

Drum
The drum is cast by Duplex 304 stainless steel in centrifugal casting, the forging process is adopted , which can enhance its corrosion resistance, The replaceable alloy sleeve is installed in the solid state outlet, so that the mother material of the drum's outlet is not worn, and the wear-resistant bar is installed in the drum to make the drum inside not worn.
Differential
The differential drives the screw discharger and makes it rotate at a constant speed of the external drum. The speed difference between the external drum and the screw discharger is determined by the reduction ratio of the differentialand the speed of the external drum.
PLC Control Panel
The electrical control adopts the double conversion auto control system, which can display the parameters such as frequency, rotation speed, differential speed and current of operating major and auxiliary electrical engine.
