Multifunctional Ultrasonic Microwave Extractor tank is used to extractor the essential oil or active ingredients from the different raw material ,like herbal leaf ,root ,stem,fruit ,seed ,flower,bark,seafood ,animal bones&viscera etc.because it is equipped with the ultrasonic microwave ultrasonic unit ,so compare with the common type extraction machine ,the effective result is much better
Working Principle
Multifunctional Ultrasonic Microwave extractor machine including the following unit : extractor tank ( equipped with the Ultrasonic Microwave unit ),condenser(optional ) , sub-cooler (optional) ,oil/water separator,filter ,transfer pump and pipeline and control system .These devices are made of stainless steel material which can fit FDA and GMPs.
Usage Scope
1. It can be used to break biological and plant cells;
2. It can be used for the extraction of biological and plant effective ingredients;
3. It can be used for low-temperature extraction of effective ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine;
4. It can be used for BCR element form extraction;
5. Low energy state can activate bacteria;
