Pb alloy rolling plate, with uniform crystal structure, is better in anti-corrosion and mechanical performance stability. The hanger bar which is certain mm thickness Pb cladding around Sn electro-plating on copper bar, has better anti-corrosion to acid mist during electro-winning. Pb plate connects to hanger bar through two-side welding with Pb cladding, or plate plug-in welding. we also have the Ti-MMO anode. It has better mechanical strength, lower solubleness in the acid, lower resistance, high current with no deformation, maintainability and long-life.
