AL--BJB Kitchen Sponge Scouring Pad Oven Nonwoven Fabric Making Machine

This production line is used to make abrasive pads, which are used as cleaning material for homeuse and industrial use.
House use abrasive pad could be used as sponge pad attaching with sponges, used as toilet cleaner attached with handle, also polishing material with certain devices. Different colors, shapes, thickness are all available in same production line.
Industrial use abrasive pad could be used as polishing material for stainless steel, for glasses, for bathtub, floor polishing material, and also Heavy duty scouring pad.

The 1st part: Bale-opener→ Pre-opener →Big cabinet blender →Main opener→ Vibrating fiber Feeder →Double cylinder double doffer double random carding machine →Cross lapper →CBF→pre-needle punching →needle punching → needle punching → cutting &winding machine

The 2nd part: Unwinding→ipping machine → Spraying glue&sand oven → Winding

The 3nd part: Air condenser→ Dust collector→ Recycler → Sheet cutter → punching machine

The 4nd part: Automatic Controlling System

Four rollers feeding with frequency control, installed with anti-metal alarm and auto-reverse function Installed with 7 sets frequency changer all is individual control, respectively to control the feeding, cylinder, doffer, inner clutter, outer clutter ,output lattice ;

All the horizontal moving rollers adopt seamless steel pipes;
Reciprocating movement with multistage speed control (PLC programmed control, touch screen), 4kw motor frequency control with PLC, 14M synchronous belt drive straight after, reversal time within 20 microseconds to make sure the uniformity;
Bamboo ring lattice, compensation apron by ventilating bamboo to prevent uneven airflow when webbing, motor2.2kw frequency control;
