Our Machine Center features a seamless one-piece main body with a low center of gravity and a 30-degree slant bed that provides extraordinary stability for both the spindle and turret.
This configuration enhances the overall precision and accuracy.
Leveraging sophisticated FEM analysis, the machine structure has been meticulously optimized to maintain unwavering rigidity, even during the most demanding heavy-duty cutting tasks.
This not only guarantees exceptional precision but also extends tool life, ensuring consistent performance.
The main body of the machine is crafted from FC30 Mihanna iron casting, fortified with stiffeners to elevate structural integrity and thermal stability.
This iron casting solution effectively reduces vibrations and minimizes deformation, meeting long-term machining demands with ease.
The FC30 iron casting also effectively mitigates vibration and prevents any distortion of the machine.
Both the X and Z axes are powered by advanced AC servo motors, delivering potent feed rates with precise acceleration and deceleration control. The use of an absolute coordinate encoder eliminates the need for a traditional limited switch, protecting against potential damage and saving valuable time by removing the need for unnecessary zero-point resets upon machine startup.
