Product Description FABRIC : 50% Polyester fabric, 50% Non-woven fabric. Provide privacy for home but cannot block all sunlight. 85% blackout. Soft fabric vanes suspended between two voile shades. Due to the special sheer shade blade, when it closed it still will be 15% open, there will be a little light from the top come through. It can only adjust the blade angle when it goes to the lowest position.
MOTORIZED : Smart battery motor can directly compatible with 5 Versions of Alexa . No Smart Bridge needed. Bluetooth motor can directly work with Home App without Smart Bridge. Connection with all versions of Alexa &Google Home requires a Bluetooth hub .
CUSTOMIZE SIZE: Motorized Roller Blinds are all made through Customize.
SHIPMENT & PACKAGE: Dispatched in 4-5 workdays after size confirmed. All mounting kits and instructions are in the package. Remote controls(Optional, we suggest at least have one for initial set up) are all basic programmed before shipment. PDF version and video instruction are available if needed.
AFTER SERVICE: We offers end product a 2-year warranty on motors and controls. Any damage or fails of motors or controls in the first 2 years, we provide repair or replacement free of charge. If receiving damage of fabric or components, please take photos, send claim to us within 30 days. We'll work with you for free replacement in this valid time.
