Production Description

Double shaft shredder
Optima's double shaft shredders are designed with an aggressive low RPM, high torque shredding technology. As the primary shredder it quickly and easily shreds tires into rough strips ready for further processing.
Tyre recycling plant:
Tyre recycling plant includes shredder, disc classifier, rasper, magnet, granulator, fiber removal system and miller. After crushed the tyre can be made to TDF, rubber mulch, rubber crumb or rubber podwer according to your requirements. During the process, the dust are collected by dust remove system to keep good surrounds and the tempreture is controlled at a lower degree to get higher performance of the rubber powder.
