Features
The noodle machine is a device that continuously pressing the aged flocculent dough into pieces by pairs of rollers, and then cuts the dough into corrugated surfaces. The machine is one of the main equipment in the production line. The quality of noodles and waving arrangement are related to the confidential cutting.
The gap between the rollers shall be adjusted separately at both ends of the rollers. For easy operation, two adjusting handwheels are installed on the same side of the wallboard. The adjusting mechanism is driven by worm and worm wheel, which drives the screw rod fixed to the smooth roller to move axially to adjust the clearance. The adjustment directions of the two hand wheels are opposite.
