Creator EDM technology has been accomplished with software developed to control multi axis CNC movement to meet the demands of ease of setup, improved surface finish, and profitable operation.
Creator tire mold EDM accommodates widely mold selections, diameters from 200mm to 1200mm.
Product Description

Main Unit Features:
1. Designed for radial segmented parting tire molds.
2. The worktable equipped with encoders can ensure positioning accuracy.
3. The worktable can be rotated and tilted to meet the machining requirement for side patterns of radial parting mold and stamping steel plate.
4. Z axis permits tilting for efficient residue exhaust, while upgrading machining stability and efficiency.
5. Micrometer adjustment on X1 and Y axis for ease of electrode setup.
6. The work head can be moved to the side for convenient mold setup.
7.Provide more efficiency and more safety on die setting . Switchable die setting , it make the die setting easier and safer . The design of full closed loop control on could solve the issue of backlash and precision.
Encoder:
The table tilting mechanism is equipped with an encoder, ensuring high positioning accuracy of mold.
Tilting Table:
The table can be tilted 0-90° , allowing for convenient mold setup.
CNC Controller:
1.New integrated controller adopts industrial-grade low-power motherboard and VLSI ultra-large integrated circuit design, which has powerful functions, stable performance and durability.
2.15" TFT LCD monitor.
3.Conversational operation interface.
4.Automatic table type editing for 10-step machining programs creation.
6.Graphite machining circuit is ideal for machining bronze and graphite.
7.MPG handwheel for micrometric positioning adjustment.
8.Unlimited machining programs fully meet flexible machining requirements such as various angles and patterns of tire molds.
9.Relative coordinate, absolute coordinate and constant indexing function make the machine suitable for machining any tire mold.
10.Random home position function. Machining home position can be set as desired.
Specially designed protection function to prevent electrode from bumping against the mold.
11.Indexing accuracy 0.001° .
12.Allows for inconsistent indexing machining.
