Description :
The machine adopts Japanese design principles, employs the principles of grinding rapidly, agitating continuously, milling and fractioning to be heated with multi-knives and cooling and contracting. It produces granules from waste materials and angle materials such as the plastic films, filament, ribbons, pieces, soft plastic pipes, foaming materials, and degrading materials, and puts then into reproduction. It is the latest ideal granulating equipment to recycle plastics and reproduce.
Main Functions:
1. Recycle the waste materials and leftover bits and pieces of various flexible plastic films, bags, filament, ribbons, pieces, and pipes such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene of higher density, and linear polyethylene of lower density, and put them into reproduction.
2. Recycle and reproduce the grinding and granulating of degrading plastic films and angle materials.
3. Grind chemical fiber waste materials, and process the waste filament that has been put into reproductions.
4. The machine is applied in many respects. It can be substitute for blending machine or dryer.

Our factory is located in Ruian city,zhejiang province, China.
Its about 40 minutes from shanghai by plane(4 hours by train). We will pick you up on airport or station. Welcome to visit our manufacture.

Our company covers 14000 square meter, over 11000 square meter of which is bulding area, consisting over 100 staffs, 20 engineers for technical support.
4 How long is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is 30-45 days. Ugently, we can make your machine first. About 10 days.
5 What's your warranty policy?
18 month guarantee and 1 year after-sales maintenance.

6 What package do you use for the product?
Covered with plastic film. Wooden box package need extra cost .

7 Does your manufacture provide installation service?
Our engineer can go to customer factory to installation. Buyer should prepare materials to test the machine in advance and should be responsible for the cost of supplier's technician, including round air tickets, visa cost, accommodation and salary since the day start out until the day arriving at factory.
8 What are your terms of payment?
We accept T/T, L/C. western union.
9 How could we do if the parts broken within warranty?
We would express the free replacement parts during the warranty date.
