Machine application of the egg washer :
This machine can be used for different egg washing and cleaning, mainly used for small farm.

Machine working principle of the egg washer:
Washing principle: high speed rotary brush roller clean the egg + water rinse

Machine features of the egg washer:
1. The machine is designed with two inlets for feeding eggs into the machine, working capacity higher.
2. The water can be recycled use by a water tank (prepare by user).
3. The machine is equipped with a water pump to assist the machine work.

How to reduce the egg broken:
1. At the outlet of the machine, it is equipped with a conveyor belt, which will used to guide the egg out slowly, not drop from the machine directly.
2. The user need to prepare a water box behind the outlet, so that the egg can drop into the water tank from the outlet, buoyancy of water will reduce egg broken.
