Product Description

Split valve cutting and beveling machine ----this series machine is ideal for all types of pipe cutting, beveling, and end preparation. The split frame design allows the machine to split in half at the frame and mount around the OD of the in-line pipe or fittings for strong, stable clamping. The equipment performs precision in-line cut or simultaneous cut/bevel, single cut/bevel, single point, counterbore, and flange facing operations, as well as weld end preparation on the open-ended pipe. Ranging from 1 to 56 inches O.D. (DN 25-1430mm), on most wall thicknesses and materials.
External clamp pipe cutting and beveling machine, the body can be divided into two petals, and installed on the pipe spindle for processing. It is suitable for pipe cutting, beveling, boring inner holes, flange end face processing, outer circle processing, etc. The processing bevel angle can be selected at will, and the tool holder can move automatically.
Different driving methods, it is divided into a small number: electric type, hydraulic drive, and pneumatic, which convert different pipe diameter requirements. Extensive replacement of oil, petrochemical, beer, beverage and dairy products, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, water treatment, shipbuilding, electric power, and other industries after cutting, and directly welding; at the same time, non-standard specifications can be customized according to customer needs, cutting non-standard grooves
The machine body adopts the advanced forging process and heat treatment process of the Yangtze River Delta to ensure the strength and hardness of the machine body. At the same time, the precision turning CNC lathe is used to ensure processing accuracy. Product Features
