Double flange free forging wheel:
1. High-strength wheel used for port machine.
2. Material: Forged 42CrMo4, 60, 65Mn, SSW-Q1R and so on, or according client request.
3. Wheel Tread surface and flange hardness: 300-380HB and handness deep more than 15mm
4. Wheel material UT test before process and tread surface MT test after heat treatment.
