Product Description

The Double Screw Conical Mixer, equipped with two asymmetrical spirals on an internal cantilever, performs both self-rotation around its own axis and revolution driven by the cantilever around the central axis of the vessel. This intricate configuration generates four types of directional forces, creating a harmonious and efficient mixing process. The two asymmetrical spirals rotate to lift the material upwards, while the cantilever's slow revolution circulates the material in a fluid circular motion. The coordinated rotation and revolution of the spirals draw the material inwards and disperse it outwardly in a circular path. The upwardly lifted material streams converge at the center and flow downwards, filling the void at the bottom, thereby creating an overall circulating flow that ensures thorough mixing.
