2.Mould installation sets can be automatic lifting, so it is easy and safe when you changing the mould Servo motor drive sheet sending and plug assist device, offer high precision running, easy be controlled Germany heater, high heating efficiency, lower power, long life span.
3.Special tilting mould structure, it can stacking when the machine is running in high speed. PLC with touch screen control system, easy be operated.

Adopting professional mould design soft ware such as CAD,3D and so on, equipped with high precision CNC digital control process center,CNC line cutter, discharging processing machine,TDV three-dimensional scanner and so on.
Match with the Automatic Thermoforming Machine, the products are automatically stacked without deforming.
The mould bottom with vacuum device assures the exhaustion and the product appearance when molding.
