Working Principle:

The complete set of feed production line crushes various feed materials into powdery particles through the pulverizer, and sends them into the mixer through the cyclone dust collector and the air locker by the fan. The powder that does not need to be pulverized can be directly sent into the mixer through the screw conveyor. All kinds of raw materials are mixed evenly in the mixer through the double screw belt, and then enter the silo through the screw elevator, and the materials in the silo are conveyed to the granulator by the adjustable speed feeder, and the finished granules are cooled and powdered by the cooling and screening machine. After the material is screened, it enters the packaging machine through the belt conveyor, and the set weight is installed to measure and pack the packaging bag and seal the packaging bag to complete the entire production process.
