The material is put into the coarse powder hopper and enters the coarse powder machine through the feed capstan (controlled by the frequency converter) . After the coarse powder, the material is sucked into the cavity of the ultra-micro host machine under the negative pressure for crushing. The finished product after crushing is brought into the cyclone separator under the negative pressure, and the finer material enters the pulse dust collector, the clean air after being filtered by the dust collector is discharged through the air outlet of the fan. The whole set of equipment is working under the condition of airtight negative pressure so as to achieve clean workshop standards.

The ultrafine grinding machine consists of feeding System, grinding System, and grading System, and the grinding and grading of materials are completed in the same chamber.
The feeding system consists of a reducer (frequency converter), feeding screw, and gravity impurity remover. The reducer is directly connected to the feeding screw, and the speed of the screw is controlled by a frequency converter to regulate the supply of materials. Gravity impurity remover removes large particles and heavy metal objects from materials.

This machine is composed of coarse pulverizer and ultra-fine pulverizer. It is suitable for herbal medicine (root, stem, leaf) and herbal extract.
