Vegetable processing machine
1.-Continuous vegetable production line
The production line includes select conveyor, cutting machine, conveyor, vegetable washing
machine, vibration dewatering machine
1.Select conveyor: The raw materials are selected and the withered leaves on the outside are removed. The
workbench can be customized according to customer requirements.
2.Cutting machine: Suitable for cutting leafy vegetables, cutting size 1-90mm adjustable , frequency conversion
speed regulation, large output, saving labor.
3.Conveyor: The cut vegetables enter the vortex washing machine through the conveyor,The mesh belt is made
of OPB, no material clamping, no leakage, easy to clean.
4.Vegetable washing machine:
1. Unique patent horizontal mixed water flow washing technology,prolong washing length, won't hurt material.
2. Tapered bottom design, centralized storage and drain soil and sand.
3.360 degree rotating draining valve, adapt to different working shops' designing requirement.
4. Double filtering system: filtering tank, filtering water tank. Recycled water,save water.
5. Adapt to wash leafy vegetables,root vegetables,melon and fruit and other material which can flow along with
water after cutting.
6. The whole machine adopt SUS304 stainless steel sand blasting processing,except motor,electric equipment
and other related component.
5.Vibration dewatering machine: Through vibration and wind blowing, remove the moisture on the surface of the
vegetables after washing.
