Product Description
Composite autoclave is a device used to cure composite materials under high pressure and temperature. The main controller of the autoclave produced by Intely adopts Siemens controller, industrial bus communication, which is with strong anti-interference ability, large amount of data. The software fully combines of the process requirements , when using the host computer +PLC cantrol mode. a different control method developed by our company is adopted, which can control the temperature and pressure more accurately, and the temperature upsurge phenomenon can be effectively suppressed.And the cooling energy consumption is lower.Pressure valve operation frequency is low, which can save air consumption and reducecthg energy consumption. The host computer adopts computer and software monitoring, which can display alarm, report, record temperature rise curve in real time and monitor the operation of equipment.
Application
