HJ-500/2500 High Configuration Electric Transformer Core Cutting Line Summary of the equipment
It is the special equipment to be usded in processing of transformer core ;configuration of two shears,one v notching and one punching to adapt to shearing and punching of yoke,leg ,center leg and various piece type.It adopt the large size PLC program control system,compiled the process of the various type automatic shearing,through the touch screen manmachine dialogue interface,preset type, size, quantity, and the number of steps,can enter the automatic production.The whole system convenient operation, high degree of automation, precision is excellent.
Two sets of automatic stacking system configuration,can stack certer leg ,left and right leg ,up and down yoke.Reduce the operation process, improve efficiency.
Adopt more than 10 sets of AC servo system unit.Shearing ,V notching,punching and adopts AC servo motor as driving power,with fast response speed, low noise, small vibration, convenient maintenance;2 sets before and after stacking device,measuring length and parking by servo system,improve the stacking precision of silicon steel sheet after shearing ,can realize the step stacking,cancel the manual sorting materials.Decoiler buffer period cancel the pit,for the process equipment layout.
The intensity of labor of the whole machine is low,save labor costs.This equipment has the features of less site area,convenient in operation and maintenance.
