ZK8210M CNC face milling and center hole drilling machine tool is a series of specialized CNC machine tools developed for various mechanical industries. Used for face milling and center hole machining of various shaft parts or other special-shaped shaft parts. The workpiece can complete the end milling of both ends of the shaft and the drilling of the center hole at the same time after a single loading. If the turning cutter is equipped, the shaft end can be mounted and chamfered while drilling the center hole. It has the characteristics of short beat, high efficiency, wide processing range, high degree of automation, safety and reliability. Especially suitable for multi-varieties, large quantities, high efficiency production.
The machine is double-station layout, left and right headstock symmetrical arrangement. Milling the end face first, then drilling the center hole. The machine tool is controlled by four-coordinate two-axis linkage semi-closed loop.
