Description HTD post bin blender is extensively used for mixing a dry powder with dry powder or dry powder with grain in the process of diversified solid preparation production in the pharmaceutical industry. This mixer can be equipped with hoppers of various specifications.
It is suitable for mixing pharmaceuticals of multiple varieties and different batches according to the technological requirements in large and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises, so it can achieve multiple purposes in one machine.
1) This machine is an integration of mechanism, electricity, and hydraulicity. It is also a high-tech product, driven by frequency converter and controlled by PLC. Therefore, the machine can be controlled simply and its technical parameters adjusted conveniently.
2) The Control system is sensitive, the machine structure is compact, and the operation is stable and reliable.
3) A single machine can be equipped with hoppers of different models. The mixture needn't be discharged but the whole hopper will be dismantled and transferred to the next process. Such a design can improve machine efficiency, avoid cross-contamination, and conform to GMP requirements.
4) The mixing bucket is the burden bucket in the previous process, as well as the material feeding hopper is the next process.
5) Mixing uniformity can reach 99% and loading coefficient 0.8. The bucket is smooth and has no dead corners inside and outside.
6) After mixing every batch, the empty hopper will be cleaned in a special cleaning room so that the workshop can keep clean.

Working Principle and Characteristics
Push mixing hopper onto the oscillating holder and fasten the screw; start the control system to lift hopper to the mixing height. Then the machine will mix automatically according to the set time and rotating speed. After mixing, the hopper stops levelly and lowers down automatically. The whole machine stops and prints technical data. Loosen the screw of the oscillating holder and push the hopper to the next process. Since an angle exists between the hopper axis and oscillating holder axis, materials of different substances will carry out three-dimensional movement in the enclosed hopper and generate fierce overturn and height shear so that the best mixing effect can be achieved.
