there are different models,
vertical type model such as :
SRL-Z100/200, SRL-Z200/500,SRL-Z300/600,SRL-Z500/1000,SRL-Z800/1600,etc.
- high speed mixing motor inverter started
- high speed parts 3 methods temperature increasing: material self-friction/electric heating/conduction oil heating
- material discharge 2 methods: temperature controller automatic release/mixing time control
- the parts contact with raw material are all made of stainless steel 304 and mirror polishing treatment
- the barrel covers and three direct links made of cast aluminum
- the bearing chambers with special designs for the lubricating oil injection
- driving motor over current protection design
- PLC touch screen control system can be choosed for the high automatic control requirement
- special designed mixing axis design can avoiding the raw material leaking from the barrel
- mixing paddles after strict balance test.

suitable for plastic pipe factory, plastic profile factory, plastic pelletizing factory
Mixer Volume: hot mixer-200L, effective volume: 150L , 60kg/batch, 4-5batches per hour.
cool mixer-500L, effective volume: 375L,120kg/batch, 4-5batches per hour.
Hot mixer temperature increasing method: raw material self-friction
Cool mixer cooling method: circuit water cooling in barrel jacket
Mixing Capacity: 300-400kg/hour for different formulation and percentage raw materials
Mixing Control: Manual+Auto control, two methods can be revised accordingly
