Product Overview LT-1050ZNS Screen-printing UV Snowflake Cold Foil Multifunctional Production LineThis equipment can be matched with an automatic screen-printing machine and connected to a new process production line integrating wrinkle, snowflake ink technology, UV coating, and convex cold foiling.UV curing function-the UV transparent varnish is printed on the paper by a screen-printing machine. The production line is equipped with 1 * UV8KW tube and 2 * UV12KW tubes, which can dry and cure UV ink.Cold stamping function-instead of the traditional process of hot stamping transfer of anodized aluminum foil by hot pressing, using a brand-new stamping technology to transfer the anodized aluminum foil, cooperate with the screen printing machine to achieve fine lines, precise gradient dots, color blocks and other metal decoration effects. Customers can adjust the lamp power to change the snowflake’s detonation situation, so the adjustment range is more flexible and accurate.Cold foil UV mechanism(1) UV curing adopts 2*12KW UV mercury lamps stepless dimming electronic power supply, the adjustment range is 25%-100%, customers can adjust the curing power according to the curing situation of the product to achieve refinement. Compared with traditional transformer + capacitor mode, stepless dimming power supply can save power by 15%-20%.(2) There is a UV IR filter and a shutter baffle underneath the UV lamp to insulate heat and protect the tube.(3) The UV curing mechanism has a special structure and an ultra-low temperature design. With independent research and development patents, the advantage is that the product can be cured within 55° when it exits the UV mechanism, so that the product is not easy to deform, resulting in paper jams or misregister.(4) When there is no paper passing by, the UV lamp of paper-passing electric eyes mechanism will automatically turn into standby power to save electricity.(5) The rewinding and unwinding device adopts a high-precision digital display automatic tension control system, which makes the rewinding and unwinding in high precision and the operation is stable and smooth.Air cooling mechanism (optional)Air cooling mechanism adopts 1 set of 5HP Maneurop industrial refrigeration unit with independent research and development patents. Use air-conditioning continuous jetting quick-freezing system and freezing temperature difference non-condensing structure, which can quickly cool the paper surface, thus quickly solidify the printing ink layer, avoid stacking and adhesion of coated paper after UV curing. It also can reduce the odor of UV ink.
