DB Tomato is equipped with advanced control systems such as automatic melting, filling and sealing, sterilization, and CIP cleaning. With 16 production lines and 10 flexible packaging production lines, we can produce Tinplate cans ranging from 60g to 4.5kg and aluminum foil flexible packaging from 30g to 3kg in different specifications. our factory has a daily processing capacity of 600 tons and a daily production capacity of 30 containers.

ORGANOLEPTICAL AND VISUAL REQUIREMENTS Color The product has a distinctly red color, free from abnormal colors for the product. Aroma and flavor The product has a good flavor characteristic of good tomato paste free from scorched bitter green tomato flavor and without any kind of foreign flavors. Texture The product has a homogenous, evenly divided texture. Defects Free from extraneous plant materials or similar objectionable substances and shall not contain excessive defects, whether or not mentioned in this specification.
