Machine Body Machine body has been solid welded by the laser cutting steel, and did the heat treatment, to ensure the structure stability. Main beam adopts Aluminum profile structure with electrical elevating, which is uniform and rigid.

Control Panel Adopts 7 inch touch screen, which integrated the following functions: Function control Beam elevating Parameter setting Temperature controller Alarm details

Glue Pot Structure The machine underneath glue pot, adopts screw type extracting structure. The amount of adhesive is adjusted via pneumatic cylinder. Come with 3 pcs tape pressing rollers, two steel one and one rubber one.

End Cutting Unit Two pieces 0.37kw high speed motor with 200Hz frequency and 12000rpm rotation speed The motor come with manual rotating device, which can adjust the angle easily. Saw blades size:104*2.6*22*24Z

Fine Trimming Unit Two pieces 0.75kw high speed motor with 200Hz frequency and 12000rpm rotation speed Motor angle is adjustable With individual dust exhausting hoods

Corner Rounding Unit Two pieces 0.3kw high speed motor with 200Hz frequency and 12000rpm rotation speed. Adopts flat linkage mechanism Can adjust the corner round mode on the touch screen according to the working requirement.

Scraping Unit Scraping cutter with R2 radius With the air blower device

Flat scraping and spray device Equip with the patent flat scraping unit, which can remove the extra adhesive line on the board surface. With the special cleaning agent spray device, which can help the buffing unit to clean the leaking adhesive on the board surface.

Buffing Unit Considering the dual-glue pots structure, the machine comes with double buffing unit, to meet the different color polishing. Can do the board edge polishing, and remove the leaking adhesive mark on the surface.

Low-voltage apparatus Input power: 3~380v,50hz Circuit brake, 24V power supplier and AC contactor are from Schneider France. Delta PLC is from Taiwan.Brand parts will ensure the safety and stability of the control system.

Automatic Lubrication Pump Which will do the automatic lubrication to the linear guide way on the end cutting unit, to extend the using life of the structure.

Vertical glue pot The machine adopts vertical glue pot, which can process the adhesive like EVA and PUR. The glue pot come with two pieces individual glue buckets. With quick changing design, to enhance the working efficiency.
