The Complete Extrusion System
1. Automatic vacuum feeding system, to ensure the material feeding continuously. Equip the alarm device, it will remind you when the material is lower than the material level.
2. Independent R&D twin screw extruder. The special design of screw elements and barrel for PLA material, with good performance, to keep the good plasticizing.
3. The complete pressure monitoring, we can get the exact pressure all the time. Ensure that the machine running is always stable.
4. Top-quality auxiliary equipment for the machine, the melt pump, screen changer, die mould, etc.
5. The highly quality roller calender forming machine ensures the uniformity of the PLA thickness and sheet color. The mirror surface roller keeps the good sheet surface.
6. The control system for calender roller is SIEMENS control. Temperature adjusting automatically, flow adjusting automatiocally. High accuracy.
7. The scanner will give you the accurate feed back of sheet thickness.
8. Automatic winding system will provide you easier operation at the high-speed production. Auto cutting, auto winding.
