The HM63HD horizontal machining center is an inverted T-shaped double-exchange worktable structure, which is suitable for complex processing of box-type parts. Complete machine: The main structure of the machine tool is an inverted T-shaped, and the column moves on the base in the Z axis. Drive: The advanced large inertia feed servo motor is used to realize the three-axis feed drive, and the high-rigidity ball screw pair is used to fundamentally solve the processing error caused by thermal deformation and transmission clearance of the workpiece during the processing process, so as to achieve the purpose of time saving and high precision.
Workbench: The indexing rotary table is driven by a large inertia feed servo motor, and the position accuracy is positioned by a high-precision rat gear disk, which is high-precision, accurate and reliable. CNC rotary table can be selected.
System configuration: Equipped with high-performance FANUC 0i-MF CNC system, it can ensure the CNC machining functions and auxiliary functions required by users.
