Hydraulic Cargo Elevator for Warehouse Product Description For workshop or building where confined space can only provide, our hydraulic cargo elevator system is a very useful solution. This system contains an hydraulic statation(normally 2 or 4 hydro-cylinder), working platform, guide rail, lifting chain, steel frame and control system. it is a non-scissor elevator, but it is more effecient working platform. It can convey cargos from one floor to another floor with smooth speed, and it is ideal for 2 or 3 floor buildings and maximum capacity is 10t.

The electrical hydraulic system pushes the 2 or 4 cylinders of working platform roof, while, the 4 wire ropes keep balance. The working platform runs on the rails by the 4 sets of wheels of each corner. By travelling limit switches on each floor, the working platform can be stop on the certain follow with a precisely position. This is achieved by a control system on each floor and inside of the working platform.

The safety of the elevator is overall considered by the designing. We adopts the top brand of hydraulic station from Wuxi and high quality cylinder and pipes from Hebei. A pipe fracture vavle will prevend the working platform falling down in case of the pipe is failed. In this case, a manual relase value can make the working platform going down to the ground safely. The overflow valve is superviing and preventing any over pressue. Over temperatutre on the hydralic station give a signal if the oil is over heated.

- In 2015, LYFOO has developed portable gantry crane. The light duty gantry crane is also called floor crane, it runs on floor and features height adjustable. We supply hundreds of units to the market with customized designing.
- In 2017, LUCKY FILM GOUP has appointed LYFOO to be the exclusive distributor for their low-pressure measurement film for the International market. LUCKY is the only pressure film producers beside FUJI in the world.
- In 2018, LYFOO has been funded by 35 companies from the material handling material industry and set up a "Workshop Union" project (short as WKS union). WKS union provides "Super Cost Effective" and "Super Quality Controlled" product to the market. "Workshop Union"carries out an individual QC program for the products before delivering from the factories. Thus, the product sold from "Workshop Union" will be double quality controlled. In the coming days, our offer from "Workshop Union Co., Ltd." will be terms of "EXWorkshop" rather than EXW. Surprising price will be obtained.
- In 2021, LYFOO set up a new factory "LV Top Pipe Fitting Co., Ltd." and start designing and producing pipe fitting product.
