1. Roller adopt alloy chilled cast iron. Its surface is with high hardness and wearproof. Roller surface do mirror processing. Two rollers inner hollow spray type. Roller surface temperature uniformity. 2. Roller is ball bearing, grease lubrication structure.3. Roller adopt device respectively adopt worm wheel, worm drive. It could optional install motorized nip adjustment,easy to operate.4. This machine is whole base structure, convenient to install.

VI. Test Running Before Delivery
Before leaving factory, this rubber mixing mill needs to pass 24 hours' test running and guarantee no oil leakage and seeping to avoid unnecessary quality problems.
VII. Packaging
Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, to protect the painting surface, we use wooden packaging outside.The key parts of the machine, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
VIII. Our service
1. Test running: The above machines are all passed inspection of 3~5 hours of full load operation before leaving our factory. And we will take the video and send it to you for inspection. You can use it directly thus saving the time of test-run and expense. And we also warmly welcome to our factory to inspect and test running.
