Safe operation and maintenance of pulverizer:
1, must be familiar with the instructions before starting, and according to its fixed adjustment and maintenance, the operator must master the structure of the machine creation and functional requirements.
2, supporting power must meet the requirements, not to increase the spindle speed without permission.
3, the need to crush the material must not be mixed with metal, stones and other hard objects, otherwise it will cause damage to the machine.
After the machine is started for a period of time, it is necessary to observe whether the parts are loose, and the bearing must be filled with grease regularly.
5, feeding materials, the operator's hands are strictly prohibited close to the hammer, so as to avoid body injury accidents, feeding should be uniform amount, not too much or too little, fast and slow.
6, after alcohol, sick, or excessive fatigue operation, it is strictly prohibited to wear gloves, mentally handicapped, under 18 years old, 60 years old or older and do not master the rules of the use of the crusher alone.
7, in the work, if found blocking grass and other faults, should immediately pull the brake power off, troubleshooting before work, it is strictly prohibited to work with the machine.
8, non-staff, not familiar with the performance of the machine mechanism shall not be turned on.
9,When the machine is not used for a long time, it should be stored indoors or in the shed to prevent the machine from rusting. Note: The grinding fineness of this machine is determined by the size of the sieve hole.
