The Turret Milling Machine, also referred to as a Rocker Arm Milling Machine, Rocker Arm Milling, or Universal Milling, boasts a compact structure and minimal footprint. It is highly flexible, featuring a milling head that can pivot 90 degrees and rotate 45 degrees front and back. The rocker arm is versatile, capable of telescoping and a full 360-degree horizontal rotation, significantly broadening the machine tool's effective working range.
Construction
Crafted from high-grade cast iron, the body of the Universal Radial Milling Machine ensures superior precision and longevity, thanks to artificial aging treatment. The lifting platform features rectangular guide rails with multiple contact surfaces and robust feet. Following high-frequency treatment and fine grinding, the slide is plastinated, offering exceptional motion accuracy and durability. The spindle, made from chrome-molybdenum alloy, is equipped with precision angular contact bearings and undergoes tempering and fine grinding for enhanced cutting force and precision.

The XY shaft slide, treated with high wave heat, exhibits superior wear resistance, prolonging its service life. The XY axis interface is equipped with an imported wear-resistant plate, ensuring easy operation, minimal wear rate, and durability.
The machine includes a lubrication system, evenly distributing oil points to ensure smooth slide operation.
