Product Description
DK7745:
1.The castings are made of high-grade low-phosphorus and low-sulfur cast iron. The bed, workbench, wire conveyor and wire rack columns are treated with secondary artificial aging and natural aging, which greatly reduces the deformation coefficient of the machine tool, makes its structure stable, and maintains the accuracy of the whole machine very well.
2.The guide rails are all made of GCr 15A high-quality bearing steel. After multiple rigorous heat treatment processes, the organizational structure is stable and the quenching hardness is between HRC54-58, ensuring the accuracy and wear resistance of the guide rails.
3.The workbench carriage and the wire transport carriage are respectively made of high-precision ball screws manufactured by well-known manufacturers, which have the characteristics of low friction, high precision, stable wire transport, strong wear resistance, and long service life. It is driven by a five-phase ten-beat BF reactive stepper motor with large torque, small step distance, and high cutting positioning accuracy that is not easy to lose.
4.The wire conveying drum is made of seamless alloy steel pipe, alloy steel main shaft, dynamic balance, hard Cr plated surface, double-sided bearing assembly, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, small unbalanced torque, good electrical insulation. The transmission part adopts synchronous belt, smooth wire conveying and low noise. The proximity induction switch avoids the wear of mechanical commutation and improves reliability and service life.
