1.The whole machine adopts a heavy-duty steel structure with full welding +vibration aging + quenching treatment process. The side wall of the fuselage is a whole cast iron side wall. The whole machine is up to about 3.5 tons. The whole bed and steel castings have strong rigidity and high stability. The advantage of the machine is never deformed. Compared with the bed of about 2 tons on the market, it has an indisputable absolute advantage. The weight of the machine tool ensures that the machine does not shake during high-speed processing, thereby ensuring the machining accuracy.

2. Adopting high-quality and high-power stepping motor to enhance the click torque, the processing speed is faster than other brand-name motors, the stability is stronger, the accuracy is higher, and the failure rate is lower.

3. High configuration + strict technical assembly process creates a high-precision and high-efficiency machine. The machining accuracy of the whole machine is up to 5 wires, that is, ±0.05mm, and the machine body is not deformed when fully welded to 1200kg, so as to ensure the accuracy of the whole machine.
