Two color injection mold
A two-color mold is a mold in which two plastic materials are injected into the same injection molding machine, forming in two stages, but the product is only molded once. A two-color mold usually has two sets of molds, half of which are installed on the fixed mold plate of the two-color mold injection molding machine, which is the side with the injection gate. The other half is installed on the rotating plate of the moving mold, which is the side where the mold is ejected.
The lifespan of the mold can be customized according to customer requirements, and the production frequency can reach up to 1 million molds. Mold tolerance: ± 0.02mm accuracy.
