Introduction
The Nucleic Acid Extraction System (M9601) is developed by Magen for DNA/RNA extraction. By collecting, transferring and releasing magnetic beads to complete the transferring of magnetic beads in a series of solutions, which allows automated extraction and purification of nucleic acid. The operation is automated, fast and convenient. By utilizing special deep-well plates and magnetic rods, 1-24, 1-48 or 1-96 samples can be operated at the same time. With different magnetic beads based nucleic acid extraction reagents, samples from animals, plant tissues, blood and body fluids can be extracted. It is mainly used for extraction and purification of nucleic acids from human samples.
